We need to have a board meeting here soon so that we can discuss how the league is going so far. Once again I am only available on the weekends or after 7:30 or 8:00 on the weekdays. I feel that we need to have one ASAP so we can fix any problems, if any, that we have with the league. I will send an e-mail out to everyone also, because most people dont use this sight which is really sad because it is fun. I will eventually, once we know a meeting date ask for suggestions for things that we need to talk about and post the minutes in this forum.

hmmm. what could we put on here to attract bowlers...specificly youth bowlers...? maybe a contest is needed...

Do you mean to attract bowlers to use this site? What do You mean Youth Bowlers? What kind of contest do you mean? Im confused 
Sorry im just really lost. We need to get the name of the website out to the parents and kids, too, so that maybe they will visit it. I will have it announced on Saturdays, too so that they will know that it exists. It wasnt brought out so well last year that you had created a website for the youth league. It was only mentioned I think once at the beginnning of the year when they got the sheet for the name of the website. Or did they even get that? 
Ive got a question for you also, Sharon. Its about the home page of the site. How difficult is it to update it? Do we have more recent pictures or anything? I dont mean to sound pushy or anything because it is your site, but I just wondered.
