Usually any day and time will work for me. Usually if I have to work late I don't know until pretty late in the day........Kay M.

I do not want to sound mean but this is supposed to be run by Youth's. It seems that there are only a few people that read their e-mail and it is usually those people that do all the work. Alicia, Jared and others who did not attend the last meeting can make all the calls this week and set up the meeting since they did not attend the last one. I do not mind helping but here I go again. We need ALL the Youth to stand up and help. Fundraisers, talk to all the parents who are sitting there on Saturday about how they can help. David and I work 2 days out of the week with Pepsi, reviewing Fundraisers and Secretary/Treasurer work. I have exhausted my means and now it is time for all the youth to meet and for us to sit back and listen. There is someone who talks alot but has not accomplished what they have talked about. And on and on, ALL NEED TO MEET ...... PERIOD (Not a bad time to invite others) Just tell me when and where to meet. Tricia |

Remember that me, Bo and Tommy will be out of town Nov 22-26 and again Dec 10-17, but please don't let that influence a meeting time. Keep me posted, and let me know what you need. Like I said earlier, Geoffry, Ill be more than happy to help you put together an agenda, but Trish is right, the youth need to establish what the general agenda should be.

I will give Alicia and Jared a call and get them the numbers and tell them to call all the people that need to attend.
We are going to have a general membership meeting after Christmas, I think. This would be the best time because from now until after Christmas very few people will be at bowling and we need as many people as possible there so they can all know what is going on. I also need help in topics that we can discuss at a general membership meeting.
